For the purpose of processing messages and requests and fulfilling them, ENVIROLAND SRL collects customers’ personal data, namely their name, phone number, and email address, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

We process your name, email address, and phone number in order to communicate with you for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations and responding to requests/messages submitted through the website.

All of this data will be stored for the duration required for financial, accounting, and tax records as mandated by applicable legislation, but not longer than 5 years.

We do not use personal data for automated processing or profiling. We never make automated decisions about you. We use technical measures to store data under secure conditions. We do not process data for secondary purposes that are incompatible with the purposes for which they were collected.

We strictly respect and ensure the confidentiality of the processed data. We do not disclose data except for the purpose of serving your interests or fulfilling legal obligations. Confidentiality is an essential value for us.

We may also provide your personal data to other companies with which we have partnership relationships, but only on the basis of a confidentiality agreement from them, through which they guarantee that such data is kept secure and that the disclosure of this personal information is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation, as follows: courier service providers, marketing service providers, payment/banking service providers, telemarketing providers or other services offered by companies with which we may develop joint programs for offering our Goods and Services on the market, insurers, etc.

In order to place a request, the customer will provide the data and information requested in the online message submission form, when placing an order, or by telephone. Refusal to provide the requested information will prevent the seller from registering and fulfilling the placed order.

The owner, as well as the operator of this website, are not responsible for errors made by customers in entering such data or for any false information provided by them. The customer is obliged to provide accurate and truthful data and bears full responsibility for the inaccuracy of the information transmitted to the seller.

Personal data will not be sold, transferred, or distributed in any form to third parties or to other countries, except where requested by competent public authorities, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

We recommend that all users of this website take all necessary security measures when providing personal data online and periodically verify the status and accuracy of such data. Users are directly responsible for how they protect their login credentials, as they may bear the consequences of any unauthorized use.

Your rights

According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you benefit from the right of access to and rectification of your personal data. • The categories of personal data concerned;

Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of the personal data undergoing processing. For any additional copies requested, we will charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. If you submit your request electronically and unless you request otherwise, the information will be provided in a commonly used electronic format (Word, PDF, etc.).

Customers also have the right to rectification, modification, and updating of processed data. Accordingly, you have the right to obtain from us, without undue delay, the rectification of any inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes for which the data were processed, you have the right to obtain the completion of any incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary statement.

You have the right to obtain from us the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay, and we have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:

• The personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
• You withdraw the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal ground for the processing;
• You object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
• The personal data have been unlawfully processed;
• The personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject under European Union law or Romanian law;

If we disclose your data to courier companies or other partners, and you request its deletion, we will take all reasonable measures to inform the partners processing the data that you have requested the deletion of any links to those data or of any copies or reproductions of such personal data.

The data will not be erased if:

• The processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation that requires processing under European Union law or Romanian law, or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest;
• For reasons of public interest in the area of public health;
• The processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims in court.
• You have the right to obtain restriction of processing where one of the following applies:
• You contest the accuracy of the data, for a period allowing us to verify the accuracy of the processed data;
• The processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use;
• We no longer need the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you request them for the establishment, exercise, or defense of a legal claim in court.

Where processing of personal data has been restricted in the above cases, such personal data may, except for storage, only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims in court, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or the Romanian State.

If you have obtained restriction of the processing of personal data, you will be informed by us before the restriction on processing is lifted.

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from us, directly from us to another controller, where technically feasible. The exercise of the above right does not affect your right to erasure of the data.

Every customer also has the right to object, free of charge and without any justification, to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.

To exercise all the rights mentioned above, you may contact us at any time by sending a written request to our headquarters at BUCUREȘTI, CALEA RAHOVEI, NR. 291, BL. 81B, SC. 1, ET. 6, AP. 24, ROOM 1, SECTOR 5. You also have the right to bring the matter before the courts. 

Your data will not be transferred to another country.

By completing the data in the message submission forms, you, the user/buyer, expressly declare and agree that your personal data will be included in the database of… https://enviroland.ro/ and you give your explicit and unequivocal consent for all such personal data to be stored, used, and processed for the purpose of fulfilling placed orders or responding to messages and requests submitted.

The buyer’s personal information may also be provided to the Prosecutor’s Office, the Police, courts of law, and other competent state authorities, on the basis of and within the limits of legal provisions, and in response to duly formulated requests.

You benefit from the right of access, intervention, rectification, and data portability with regard to the data you provide to us, as well as the right to restrict our processing and even request the deletion of your data. We note that intervention on the data you have provided may prevent the performance of the contract concluded between you and us. In such a case, we shall be exempt from liability. If you are dissatisfied, you also have the possibility to address and file a complaint against us with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, as well as with the competent courts of law.
